Welcome

If you are visiting Cross of Calvary for the first time, here is where your welcome begins.  We are delighted that you have made us your choice for Sunday worship and we hope that worship with us will inspire you in the Christian faith and your relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.

A few things to know before you arrive:

Worship Time

Church begins 10:00 a.m. and Bible study is from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m.

Worship In Person or Online

We are offering live and in person worship every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at 4327 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN. 38116. We welcome you and would love for you to join us. If you are not able to join us in person, our service is also live streamed on our Facebook page.

Dress

If you come casual, or classic Sunday best you are appropriate.  We just ask that you dress in a way that respects our Lord in His house.

Length of Service

On average, our worship service last between 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Location

We are located 4327 Elvis Presley Blvd in the beautiful city of Memphis, TN. 38116.

Where do I park?

We have 2 parking lots on our property. There is lot on the north end on Chamblis street, and one on the south end off of Elvis Presley.

Is there a children's church?

We have offered children’s in the past; but since COVID-19 it was put on hold. As we begin to worship in person again we hope to bring it back.

We offer a live translator for the deaf.

Since COVID-19 this has been put on hold, but we hope to soon return to this practice.

What Lutheran Church are we?

We are members of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) Mid-South District.

COVID-19 Protocol
Health, safety, and well being of our members and visitors is important to us.  For this reason we have taken the following steps to help protect those who attend live worship:
1.  We use a fogger to disinfect and sanitize the church building before and after worship on Sunday morning.
2.  Masks are required during worship.
3. We keep ever other pew empty so that our worshipers can distance.
4. The water fountain is not is use so that we can protect everyone.
5. We have installed an air purification system that cleans the air of virus (including COVID-19), bacteria, mold, and pollen.
6.  Instead of passing the offering plates, we encourage people to come forward and give their gifts.
